Last Fling is the closing piece of Mushq’s Bachelorette Chronicles Unstitched Chiffon Collection and its most architecturally distinctive construction — the only outfit in the entire range to carry mirror lace on the front, a reflective embellishment applied across the shirt’s front surface that creates a different visual effect from the sequin work and embroidery used throughout the rest of the collection, catching light in a way that is specific to mirror work and unique to this piece. The shirt’s handcraft neckline is worked in both a hand embellished front neckline in silk and a hand embellished front yoke on chiffon, alongside a hand embellished finishing lace in organza — three distinct handcraft elements at the shirt’s upper zone. The back neckline is worked in embroidered sequinned silk, making Last Fling one of the few pieces in the collection where the back neckline is in silk rather than organza. The sleeves carry an organza sleeves border and a silk sleeves lace — a two-material sleeve edge arrangement where the border and lace are in different fabrics, giving the cuff a layered finishing depth. Like Miss Mischief and Blush Hour, Last Fling is completed with a dyed jamawar lehenga rather than a raw silk trouser, and a printed patti at the daman and sleeves gives both edges their own surface pattern.
