To check the status of your order, please click the tracking link, which will lead you to the website of our courier. The link will be provided to you when the order is marked as shipped.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Due to import limitations on goods and materials, orders placed outside of the UK mainland may be subject to charges or taxes. According to the local regulations, there may be additional taxes, fees, or charges that apply to your order; you are responsible for paying them. Only when your package has arrived in the destination country will any duties or taxes become due. Since we have no control over these fees, we are unable to estimate what they would cost you because they vary from nation to country.
Before placing your order, it is your duty to inquire with your local customs office if you have any questions about whether the charges would apply to your order.

DELIVERY ISSUES
Our courier will leave a card if you are not at home, or they are unable to find a safe place when they try to deliver. They will make another attempt to deliver the item usually the next working day.
Please follow the directions on the card the courier left to schedule a more convenient re-delivery date.

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS
Please get in touch with us for more information if our delivery partners unfortunately lose or damage your package. We will make a claim for the lost or damaged package on your behalf with our delivery partner. If your claim is granted, you will receive a complete refund.
Please be aware that a claim with one of our delivery partners may take up to 4 weeks, and there will be no instant refund. Although our delivery partners insure our packages, Qamaash UK Ltd is not liable for packages that are lost or harmed in transit.

ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION
If you wish to have an order left in a secure location, you should contact the courier company as soon as you have received your tracking link. Sometimes this may not be possible, but please note that ANY ORDERS LEFT AS REQUESTED BY YOURSELF IN A SAFE LOCATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK and Qamaash UK will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.
