Free shipping over 1500Pkr- Free returns within 60 days

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return items in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you a full refund. Please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed from the day you return the products.

Any damage should be reported within 48 hours upon receipt.
No returns/exchange for customised item(s).
No refund/exchange for final sale and clearance item(s).


Please do not send returns to 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB. Any parcel sent to this address by the customer would be returned and shall be solely responsible for loss of parcel.
If you have any issues with returning your items, please email info@qamaash.co.uk quoting your order number, name, items you wish to return and reason for return.
RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES
All the UK orders qualify for free returns. Please contact us for returns and we’ll handle everything. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international customers. International customers are liable to pay for the postage to send orders back to us.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All of our stock are checked before shipping, but if you receive a broken or inaccurate item, please contact us right away and wait for a response before returning the item(s) to us at the returns address within 14 days of receipt in unused condition with the original packing.
When an item is returned, it is verified, and if a defect is discovered, the whole purchase price—including the original delivery fees—will be refunded to the customer. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the merchandise for your refund to be processed. An email confirming the refund along with the total of the original order will be sent to you.
We have no control over the stated time frame because your card issuer or bank is in charge of crediting your account.
We will make arrangements for a different means of payment if your card has expired or has been denied.

Please get in touch with customer service if you haven't heard from us in 14 days and we'll check into it.
